90-Day Returns You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery unless they are defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
If approved, we will:

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
